Saying as no one else has posted this yet, I'll draw your attention to this masterpiece - thepits version of the Nurburgring, 1970:

[www.tptcc.com] (you'll need to register/login).

For GTP, take the quoted settings and paste them in the track.ini, and copy the 5 'fast' setups from another track. I've just done a 6:52 on my first lap :O

Quote

[ track_gtp ]
track_tire_heat = 0.98
track_tire_wear = 1.20
track_tire_wear_loss = 0.12
track_tire_wear_exp = 1.05
track_asphalt_grip = 1.05

Finally the ring for the masses... include it for the WOSEC, please! :D

that's not flugplatz! can you not read the changed signs? :p (*ignores the speed at which you're travelling*)

it's Quiddelbacher-Hohe (sp? and missing umlauts :p), the corner after is Flugplatz - which has had the sign added in which had been missing since gpl :D

Don't you say it in your head before/while posting? I was getting sick of the headaches, so I just call the entire section Flugplatz now, which at least sounds stereotypically German :P

you'd think flugplatz would relate to the bit where the car would "land" after the jump so technically you could say that the quiddelbacher hohe (c'mon its not so hard to pronouce ;-)) is only the upslope :|

I dont think flugplatz actually starts till the left hander where you go over a crest and head downhill.
