I saw this on RSC and i thought it was a great idea, Post here your favourite freeware/shareware/abandonware game (if poss with links and a short descritipoin or pics)

Id have to say my fav is Stunts

Its abandonware and was probably the first racing game i ever played on a pc, it came with a choice of cars from an audi quattro to a porsche le mans to an indy car and, while it was definately arcade, it had the best track editor the world has ever seen. It was/still is incredibly addictive and the replay system and opponants and dash view(;-)) make it fun to play to this day

EV Nova

Its a Mac conversion game, very mac in fact, you have to deliver things to areas of this vast universe, buying ship upgrades, boarding other vessels, holding planets hostage.....its a wonderful game! Quite slow at first, but you soon start raking in the big bucks, and putting together a fleet of transports to make MASSIVE profits :)

Stunts rocks!! but GeneRally is verygood and I had an arcade space game in which you were destroying other space ships (well, you didn't destroy them, you got them when you defeted it) and you could land on planets, buy fuel, weapons and you could even attack a planet, but that wasn't a good idea.

Trolls!! I spent days on that game as a kid, and now it serves as a fond memory of the 80s "Collectible Platformer" era.
