NFS Shift 2 - graphics help

Hi,

I am playing NFS Shift 2 and have noticed graphics issues

My Graphics card: NVidia MSI GeForce 210 (1 GB) - PC C2D 2.93 , 2 GB DRR3 RAM.

Res: 1024x768 in a Windowed Mode. Graphics set to NVidia default.

While playing the game I noticed visible lines around the edges of the cars and a few other objects...

How to correct this...

Also if Frame rate for Res: 1024x768 is changed to 70 fps or 80 fps... Game lags and is dead slow.. Why?

Can anyone help me with this?
