[F1 Challenge] Custom Brazilian Start Lights Audio for Giancarlo's F1CLiveUIPlugin

Hello everyone!

I am bringing a very special modification for those who use the excellent F1CLiveUIPlugin created by Giancarlo in F1 Challenge 99-02.

I have completely modified the countdown start lights audio files inside the Audio folder (OneLight.wav, TwoLights.wav, ThreeLights.wav, FourLights.wav, FiveLights.wav, and gogogo.wav).

I adjusted the speech speed of the iconic Brazilian TV commentators using Audacity to ensure each phrase fits perfectly within the short time interval before the next light turns on. The dynamics alternate the original countdown beeps with real reactions from Brazilian TV broadcasts!

What is included:
- Real start beeps interleaved with the legendary voices of Galvao Bueno, Teo Jose, and Leo Batista.
- The "gogogo.wav" file has been modified with the classic TV start announcement for maximum tension on the grid!

Installation:
Just extract the contents of the .zip file and replace the original files inside the "Audio" folder of your F1CLiveUIPlugin. I have included a detailed Readme file inside the archive to help you with the installation. (Remember to backup your original files first).
