I wasn't able to find anything either, even using Web Archive for some of the larger game websites of the time. I could only find uploads people made of their entire game installs but I took the time to reverse engineer them and distinguish the mods. I'm about to upload to archive.org the three (kind of crude) mods with their own installers:
- 2002 SBK - bikes, rider suits, helmets, partial menu images, some engine sounds, performance
- 2004 SBK - bikes, rider suits, helmets (no menu, name or picture changes)
- 2002 MotoGP - bikes, rider suits, helmets, Honda engine sound (no menu, name or picture changes so very hard to select people adequately)

So hopefully by the time you (and others) are reading this, you can just do a search for "Superbike 2001 mods" and find it on archive.org.
