Problem with F1 Challenge

Hey there, I've installed F1 challenge, but I have a strange problem:
All the cams are in the cockpit, ad I don't know how to use the T-Cam.
Is there any file that I have to download or it's just a setting in the game?

There's a setting in game in the Options. You change the camera to TV I believe
