It's tricky knowing where to start
When contemplating the poet's art
Though it's plain for all to see
For some the words come naturally

I often only have to write
And ideas seem to just take flight
For words have always been my strength
Though perhaps not the poem's length

But one man's gold is another man's lead
And as I write down what's in my head
I'm well aware that my words to some
Are as good as what comes out your bum
