Went for a walk today, saw these collard doves (i think) on a wire, and as i went to take the pic, 1 flew off and I caught it just as it was going.

when i went to Belfast to visit my auntie and uncle, they took me on a daytrip to Carrickfergus Castle. it was around 1990 and i was around 9 years old.

This place was just 2 minutes from Carrickfergus Castle.

Incidentally, I was on Blue Peter at Carrickfergus Castle a few years ago.

Graveyard is pitch black at night here, so wandering around trying to take funky shots at 2am is a little more challenging. Walking into graves isn't a hobby I'm likely to take up, if I'm honest.

haha, it was actually pitch black too, you could hardly see the graves, i just used a long 30sec exposure. And it wasn't at 2am, it was 8pm, and my grandad lit a candle on his mums grave as she would have been 100.
