Muks, "JS" stands for Jo Schlesser. He is the Honda driver that died after a fiery accident at the Rouen GP in 1968. He was a good friend with Guy Ligier so in a nice tribute, he named all of his Ligier cars after Jo Schlesser.

Very nice models you got there!

I got:
Mika Hakkinen's 1998 McLaren,

Jenson Button's 2000 Williams and 2001 Benetton (with that annoying "Button" name draped over the engine cover lie kthe NT livery) and

Johnny Herbert's 1997 Sauber (got it from the London Motorshow for £10)

I am still looking for a bargain Bentley Speed 8 1:18 car model and any Porsche 956 1:18 model at the moment. Also I got:

Saab 9000 model (all in plastic)

Jaguar XJ220 1:24 model

Porsche 911 Speedster (1989) version 1:24 model

Ford GT40 Gulf #10 1968 car 1:43 and

Unknown vintage car (possibly a Cord L29 but I can;t make it out) made by Solido

How the hell do you guys afford all of those cars? The large ones are like £40 each, the small ones are £20!

I only have 1 large 2002 Ferrari, and 3 smaller cars!

depends where you buy from Paul. I picked up a few from Motor Shows, and if you buy a few, you can sometimes get them cheaper. I got 3 of my 1:18s for £20 each at a show a couple of years ago. Also I bought some others from my local model shop when they had a closing down sale, and I now mainly only buy from Toronto Motorsports, where in a sale, the 1:43s can be as little as £6 each, and the 1:18s can be around £15. Also theres ebay. and also theres this little thing called a 'job' that helps :)

@ Dave, I cropped all my pics, and re-saved them in paint to cut the size, the total of my pics is only around 2mb. I open each one in Paint, and if its original size was around 250kb, simply resaving over itself can somehow cut its size down to around 80kb (with no loss of image quality), and then trimming the edges off cuts a few more kb off.

i might be wrong, but i think a way to get thumbnails is to get the pic you want to show, and just downsize it by 75% or so, and put that on your webspace, along with the full size pic, then post the smaller pic on the forum, and using tags, make it into a link to the larger pic.
