Ok, get thsi place rolling

How do i view my CPU temp?

AND

How do i overclock? I mean, get into the BIOS? Holding down DEL dont do anything.

lol, i have a program, but me and habi have noticed it dont seem to work - it displays the temp at 0 degrees at all times

It doesnt work on my PC, but thats probably a software problem, because i have ASUS Probe (their own mb monitor) and it works fine.

Stick a thermometer next to it.

LOL :)


As for the overclocking ... i told you on MSN :P

In the BIOS screen...there you should have "hardware monitor" submenu.

Ellis, try pressing DEL or F1 several times when you boot the pc

cant get in, F1 and DEL dont work on startup.

I dont get to see the main screen as theres a huge blue HP sign taking up the screen - also before that, the monitor wont display anything as its an LCD

Have the instruction booklet?
Anyway if it is HP it is unlikely you can overclock it

Instructions often dont have how to overclock

Not sure if HP just sell it on, or actaully have major input into to this comp. It has HP badge, and logo at start up, apart from that, nothing else in the comp even says HP ever!

I think its just sold on by them with small mods, but nothing major
