My private mailbox is getting spammed here

Is there a way to report a user to a moderator on this forum? I have received a private message with only a link in it, there is almost zero info about the user, only thing I can see is he registered in 2008. I replied back to him asking for clarification, and I told him I never click on random links as chances are they are malicious. Then he comes back a few hours later with an other message, again no subject, no info, with simply an other link. At this point I am quite certain this person's intentions are bad, so would be great if a moderator could take some action, and remove him from the forum. I am not going to publicly name this forum member, as that might be considered bullying, but I want to share his name and messages with a moderator if that's possible.
