belini Clermont-ferrand for gp32k

This track was created using google earth, the original track was 8.055km which
is too long for gp32k, as it turned out google have missed the very last section
of the track so it worked out well to cut across early which has created a really
nice blind fast downhill right hander, the new track legnth is 7074km.

CLERMONT FERRAND REQUIRES BELINI GENJAMS v2 AND 1998 GENJAMS

clermont ferrand is working but needs to be finished, mainly adverts/marshalls
etc....
