this is CART 98 from Racing Line Developments (they quite out from free modding scene after this, because they think they could earn more money from this mod by free donations... i'll not comment this). I don't know if they're still contactable...

Meanwhile the 2002 season is here [www.rfactorcentral.com] . From the readme on rfcentral page, there're those lines: "CONVERSIONS OF THIS MOD TO ANY OTHER GAME OR GAMING PLATFORM IS PROHIBITED WITHOUT PERMISSION!!"
