usually a f1 team put an advert in auto sport, but they always want previous experience

so if you are serious on a career in F1 you either need a degree in areodynamics or experience in motor racing engineering

alternatively if you area low down bum with no morals and like cheating you might get a job with MS's entorauge ( joke
