At the time of the presentation of the version Beta of GP4, there was no change for the penalties (Stop ' go, Pass Through, etc...) with GP3 2000. And it would be not very probable that that changes with the final version.
To what to good buy a game which does not even respect truths rules of F1. One will still have to await GP5 to have changes which should be made since Grand Prix 3. I am to nauseate to pay for a play which makes us hope the perfection, but which leaves us eternally on our appetite.
A blame for Crammond which wants to already us to sell Grand Prix 5.
