Thanks Eric I would like that this livery (or similar one) be back in 2016. I remember that F1 Racing posted an unconfirmed livery and 3D model of the Williams FW37 last year but it was the real one. So maybe....

A Racing and Rail fan.

Apart from not knowing how to set lights up properly, I think this isn't bad for an early attempt using 3ds Max 2013 and MentalRay.
I'd like to switch to Corona, but I've only got the 32-bit version of Max at the moment and it's a bit of a big download for a new version!

My carbon fibre is a bit too reflective here I think, and I think the tyre sidewalls need to be shinier.
Got a bit of work to do on getting the finish of the car right as well - it's always coming out as too dull (like this one), or too shiny.

If anyone has any tips for lighting and things that they'd like to share, I'd love to hear them.

Set some lighting up for this one, and worked out the right materials to use.
Big thanks to Excalibur for the MP4-31.
A friend of mine works for EcoLab, and I think their white/blue combination looks really nice as a simple colour scheme.
Not quite happy with a few little things, but I think I'll have the kinks worked out for the next one; My favourite livery from 2001.
