copy the lod 0 four times and rename it so Lod 1 , Lod 2 Lod 3 Lod4 make it for both the cars
so you should have so ......
car_ferrari_car1_lod0
car_ferrari_car1_lod1
car_ferrari_car1_lod2
car_ferrari_car1_lod3
car_ferrari_car1_lod4

car_ferrari_car2_lod0
car_ferrari_car2_lod1
car_ferrari_car2_lod2

Sorry but i didn`t know that paolo is also shaping. Thats new for me

you have probably just installed the lod_0 versions of the cars. Gp4 uses 5 differents 'lods' (levels of detail) for each car, meaning ten carshape files for each team. if the car comes with only lod_0 versions copy and paste the lod_0 cars to make lod_1-4. This may lower performance because the cars will have very high detail even when very far away, but at least the cars will look right

btw, most of the best cars won't come out until later in season, so be patient

@Spoony : I don't think so. For me a car maker is shaper or a painter. GeZeRe abd Paolo are painters, so that's why I put them in the list. But maybe I am wrong about the meaning of car maker.

The list is far from being complete There is also Enzojz, etc. THere is a huge bunch of talented people and this makes this game still great.

The shape is not that great, but textur is okay -
at least a ferrari with a bright red and yellow t-cam
for second car.

Yeah, it's guite nice actually. Shame only i read here that again there are no lower lods Ofcourse i can create them myself by copying 0, but then my computer will produce smoke and die

I'll stick by the 2006 one, until the real good ones come out, i can still enjoy the 2006 cars, (last ones like the ferrari's are just out )
