How to unlock mts Files?

Hello I was wondering if it is possible to unlock locked mts files. I am only going to do so for my personal use only as I swear on the oath of racing game designers! I like to convert cars from f1cc to gp4 sometimes you can different cars. I appreciate any help or input for this solution. I know I will get a lot of nasty responses about this.

you really should use search button .

when hte creator exported the shape from zmod or another program to MTS they locked it and i dont think there is a way of unlocking them

yes there is away .you can do it with hex editor but I don't know how.... but there are many peoples that know how to do it.

I have even tutorial for it but I cant open that tutorial.. lol

I searched the forum and found a guy named lord kamder who emailed a solution to another guy. I emailed Kamder 3 days ago still no response.
