Have a look at the 3d editors guide....you'll find this will help....
fences upside down ...not a good discription......textures on the fences would be better...save all the guess work...

Right now i have 3 bugs
bug 1: When i drive through the pit my car goes left righ left right left etc
bug 2: When i drive out of the pitgarage my car can't steer to the left so my car crashed into the pitwall
Bug 3: When i drive trought the pits i cannot see the pit wall at the roadside it just disspears

bug 1: Move the pit lane fences flag forward one sector and delete the old left/right flags
bug 2: Not seen this one, perhaps a bank desc. error?
bug 3: Add the pitlane graphics through .3ds and not straight through 3D ed and see if this works (sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't)

When you first select a sector (don't double click), there is a left/right/both marker next to the sector name which you deselect with two checkboxes. Deselect the old ones, and it should be fine

A question about the textures, my run-off area's are big and that is decreasing the resolution of the texture.

By which method can i increase the resolution of the texture?

Simple: Do not increase texture resolution, simply increase the number of times the map is repeated along run-off width.
This is call texture mapping and it needs from you to simply edit texture coordinates (u and v), u for (relative) horizontal texture repetition and v for vertical one.

Have the u and v coordinates a standard value to increase the number of times the map is repeated?

1 = texture side is applied 1 time on the whole face along the u (or v) axis
2 = texture side is applied 2 times on the whole face along the u (or v) axis
etc...

So if you had a "half" for everyone "one" value, the texture would be applied once per two faces?
