Anyone?
Well. Just came home from a few days at my parents'. It's been a while since i had a computer crash which made me lose all my gp4 stuff. I thought maybe i could find this thing for you on an old computer of mine. But no. Nowhere to be found. If there's a need i could see if i could make it again. (not much work really) But the original is gone, unless somebody else still has it.
(it has really been a while since i've replied here :X )

Sure it is and we're still awaiting your great GP4 tutorial :)
Anyway, it's good to see you back here and I hope you will recover the will again to contribute to GP4 community.

welcome back Maverick :) do you remember the name of the original file?
@lo2k: i hope so too. My time is slim but i've been enjoying driving the 2009 season the last few weeks. My hands are itching again. But not sure whether i should try again. we'll see ;)

@quickslick: the original file was named template.zip . If nobody can find it i'll see whether i can make a new one. It's not that much work. Not with todays' tools anyway ;) (nice progress Laurent)

i found it on my hard drive :)

hopefully you can now update this with all of the new GP4 Builder features!

EDIT: I thought for a second that was the template for the straight line, but it isn't. :(

yes, this is not the right file. This is the tutorial. What this thread is about is the template :)

Does anyone happen to have this pitlane + straight file, both maverick and schueyfan's link have gone down for me atleast...

Yep, I have it and I uploaded it here but you will have to set pitlane flags in track sectors as in this file, track is just a short straight.
Now that F1Virtual released their latest tutorial, it's pretty easy to create the same thing in a few minutes.

Cheers laurent for both the file and tutorial, just what i was looking for :)

Hello everyone!

It takes time, but I get used to the GP4 Builder.
I have done a complicatet track the "Winter F1" it is made of the main Bobslight-Tracks of Germany.
The Tracsectors work well...the CC-Line is smooth and I can load it including the Weather screen. Then the game crashes.
I have no ideas why. Has anyone a clue?

This is the link to the Trackfiles:
