Hi mate,
i've tested the track and it's good. Just to improve the cc-line and the banks for dat, and fix some grafic issue and update all the adverts to 2021.
But the questions are who is the author (any read me file reporting this) and if he has all the permession to release it , cause it seems an update of Abu Dhabi of Tojepo and others

I know who this is, I've seen many of his "content" (many looks ripped).

what a shame..
i've found many of mine and Jorge tracks (here one [www.gprace.com.br]), f1 virtual tracks and other of this community. In quite all case the tracks are simply renamed with no reference of the original author.

Even some of the mods take basis on Carl's or other's

He has a youtube channel also: [www.youtube.com]
He is also a member of this forum. His user name is @livejackass

He has ripped a lot of my track updates and many works i did with my partner Drt01.

I had to make a lot of reports to youtube claiming ownership even though many of my works are based
from F1virtual or with my partner Drt01.

He does not even recongnize many of the works even as Gp4 in a lot of his videos althought the evidence is so clear !!! ...
IN MY OPINION: HE IS A TRUE THIEF ALL THE WAY.

He has been the main reason why i stoped publishig track updates. I put this at the top of my track update thread.

Just to be clear: I dont mind if someone wants to use any of the works i produced or co produced but as long as the person
credits the original authors then we are all good.

I am just gutted and dissapointed.

i don't know,just some one give that medfire link to me.and i remember that someone was asking for it,so i just post it here
if the author doesn't allow me to post it，i'll delete it right away.
i just want more people who are still looking for it see it.

When i claimed in youtube about ownership to this USER LIVEJACKASS in a video he said to youtube people that receive
reports claiming ownership that the Silverstone track that Drt01, Gildoorf and me published is the same as the original from Gp4 to get away with it !!!

I HAVE 2 EMAILS TO BACK THIS BACK THIS UP !!!. THATS A THEIF IF MY BOOK.

So how dare you say the contrary. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED !!!.

In case of Yas Marina he or someone else has rebuilt the track and released without (i suppose , but not sure 100%) permission and also without any reference to original author.
This is unaccetable. Also it's unaccetable for me not to be mentioned as the original author for my tracks i've seen there.
Do you any idea of how many hours spent on these track building?

I’m with Jorge and drt01 on this… this guys are a great asset to the community and their releases are an out-of-words contribution.
The minimum is to give credits in the moment someone uses this tracks for a compilation or at least ask permission if wants to modify/update someone else’s work.
The word thief us a little harsh, but clearly it’s an unspeakable action in order to appropriate the work of others.

But if it's let me tell you, I born with paralysis cebraly, no-one spends more time to do a track. Try to make a object with shaken arms and hands. So don't ask me how long it takes to build a circuit??!

Guys ... I would have preferred not to read certain things today. We are a beautiful community that has been around this game for over 20 years thanks also and above all to all those who dedicate part of their free time to update it. I understand very well the disappointment in seeing one's work used as a basis by others without any trace or mention of the original author but we are talking about a game. On the other hand there are only a few hundred people left to spend free time with this video game, we all know very well who certain files belong to even if the author is not mentioned in any file ... We should begin to "appreciate" a bit of more and more rare jobs available giving less weight to these relative problems and above all we should never forget that we are human beings, with our lives, our worries, our economic, physical, personal problems etc, and we should never put humanity and respect for others part.

Please, let's not forget that there are midpoints. This is a hobby, no more, no less. We all spend a lot of time on many things. Of course it is appreciated that they value the effort of others. Of course, it is not good at all not to take creators into account when publishing without permission. But do not forget that this is a game, and it is just one more way to feel proud to share any personal effort. It always remains to close in on oneself, for something that does not feed anyone, dedicate 1 or 1000 hours to this. Total, tomorrow they won't take away anyone's bread. Do not make this a cardinal sin. Like everything in life, you can always say goodbye. It's the easiest, right? So does anyone win something? I encourage you to give each thing the importance it has, but nothing more. This is nobody's bread. I do not support at all what has been done on that website with the work of others. That is not good at all. But I urge you not to overlook the midpoints in your decisions. It is not the only way to do things, but in my humble opinion, it is the one that has the most value. In the end, however, whatever decision you make for your efforts, it will be the right decision. as it is your work and personal time. I only ask that, not to forget that the center exists. There are not only extremes.

What Samuele 32BOBO32 says its so true, 20 years. This communtiy its for sharing and passion of this games(F1Gp to GP4), who is still a mark for race simulation.
The guy has the passion that we have. Talking about theaf its.
We dont forget Gerff Crammond who did this great Games, an Laurence Lo2k who did great tools for this games. They never made any remark of copyright.

I have read all the comments and as always there are different opinions, I rest of mine. And yes, it's just a game, it's not life.
However, it is not wrong for me to ask for a minimum of consideration, in this case a simple mention as track author, even if it is only a game.
Last, please Jorge try not to raise the tone and not stress yourself and stay with me to have this little consideration from this guy
