Someone please could give me a brief tutorial on how to paint the engineers and pit crews. I don't want plain paint and would like to keep the shadows and the 3D look.
Hopefully, I'm not asking too much!
thanks in advance

Yeah Samu, I have that, thanks anyway.
I don't know how to paint it, am afraid the shadows will go etc.

Are the shadows and other details not separate layers so you only have to paint the layer without the details?

I recommend Photopea as a free alternative to working with PSD files.

I apologize for the basic and stupid question but how do I remove the lines drawn over the template? Should I add the logos before painting in the same layer or I have to create another layer?
Thanks!

You have to play with the levels.

Just deactivate "mapping" level to don't show the lines. In order to leave shadows visible just work on levels below the "shadows" folder level

Where can I get a 3D model of the pit crew and engineers that work in the zmodeler. Is it available here in the forum?

I've sorted out the issues I had and got to make the engineer texture. Thank you to all of you who were willing to help me!
