Pls don't say keep dreaming :)
OK, than dream together... :)

Why?
I have this impression (wrong?right?moreorless?) that the 70 decade was the last of the "heroic" decades, meaning cars still had a wide margin of "drivers' arms controlled stuff, teams had a lot of specific F1 constructors, almost all was about pure sport, had a lot of risks and they had to face it all and very sadly paid the price. Also the circuits were not made mainly for media or for the comfort of the public, the public had to be very "basic" in their luv for the races too, so it was kind of real special challenge.

Not that after that and today other kinds of challenges didn't come, but the formula 1 identity rests strongly within theses first generations, until they became more complex and had higher professional and technical standards. Maybe those of us who are over the "30's" :) still have a more vivid impression of that.

Anyway, you have there great champions and great cars, great circuits... - Wouldn't it be great to have it in GP4?

Tks Kerley for reminding...

I've had plenty of fun with those. 74 and 75 cars and drivers I saw live in Interlagos, never drove Hunt's 76 Mclaren, I'd love too, new him too in Interlagos. At that time I had a collection of racing car magazines and followed intensely the championships... One more thing, when you see the 69 and 70 season, wow, the names, the cars..., amazing! :)

The 70s are characterized by the possibility of creating something unique to improve one's car.
Steel, aluminum, magnesium and fiberglass here are the ingredients of the 70s

I don't know if anyone here in community was involved in the Project, but some years ago I saw a video of a beta version of 1978 mod:

What about Grand Prix 76 then maybe? Just like mr Todd did with the Fallout franchise? I think that everyone agrees that we also need ability to have our own little online expreience with our favourite game...
And ofc the cheap rubber or plastic toys included in the pre-order version would be also nice to have for the sake of good memories and laughs :-)

My impression is that those who really know how to create MODs for GP4 are more interested in making modern cars and not historic ones.
I consider myself lucky to have bought rFactor many years ago, because I have not really troubled if not in some small occasion, in obtaining the MODs of cars that I liked to use.
It is not GP4 that he is old, it is his heirs who go crazy for train carriages with some sponsors written on the front nose.

Are any of your mods available for download or purchase? I think I've only ever seen your cars in screenshots like these.
