How about you provide some actual details instead of a shitty video?
What is the OS? Have you disabled your antivirus, the number one cause of software failing to start because it's blocked by antivirus software/bloatware which you should un-install as it's not needed. Where is it installed? Is other software in the ZAZTools package working? How is anyone able to help you without any context?
