Gp4 tweaker not running

So, I have installed gp4 tweaker, set it up, and it didn't work, coming up with an error saying that gp4 was running. So I tried it again but instead I ran it as administrator, still didn't work. It came up with an error saying that the file was invalid. Can anyone help? Thanks a lot!
