gp4.gamer.nl 2004 season set [fix2 online: p7]

It is with great pride that I announce the release of the gp4.gamer.nl 2004 season set!



It took a little longer than we expected but after a three month's rush I'm happy to tell you all you can finally secure your copy of it!

You can find the set at gp4.gamer.nl. Three sets are available:
*lite hi-res - all cars and helmets including non-tobacco versions with hi-res textures
*lite normal-res - all cars and helmets including non-tobacco versions with normal-res textures
*update2full - updates the lite hi-res set to a full track spec set, with all kinds of liveries and carmodels and all helmet textures

The 2004 season is made by many talented authors. Each one of them has contributed their best work so far. Here's the list of who did what and with whom:

After installing, CSM may popup an error message about 'CSM 100.100.100'. Here's the solution:
right-click on the carsetname and choose 'go to folder'. Open/drag the csm-file in notepad and delete the line:
MinimumVersion=100.100.100

Please reconfigure you graphics settings when gp4 crashes.

hm, i have a problem here. The Download from HTP always stops between 19-23 MB

yes, there is some problem with download links. for me after 1mb or 4mb the dowload is getting stop.

please who are responible for this maintance watch out once

how do i get the 3d steering wheels to work..they seem to just move around all over the place..

For the 3d steeringwheels you need gp4 1.02.

installed it and it just added another steering wheel so each car had two.it also removed some textures from certain cars.

Very impressive...

However, why are all the cars appearing white? I have no livery!

What am I doing wrong?

set your textures to full 32bit if you are using the hires version.

i got it working i needed to replace the exe first thats all,but the steering wheels dont move too much at all now.Is that how its supposed to be,also where are the steering wheels located in the gp4 main folder.

well yes, the steering wheels move less than the old ones, they should move a little bit more, but we needed madmans help for that, and he's not by force to help atm. So the choise was --more moving or --les movind and 3dshape/texture per driver. we think this is better the textures for the wheels and arms are in the textures for the helmets.
