Strange problem with Monza 1971 (pit stop bug)

Hello guys, there might be a strange pit stop bug at Monza 1971. You can only pit in the first lap. When you don't, you can never enter the pit lane again as a human player, only the AI cars can. When you pit in the first lap, you can also pit directly in the second lap again. The I did not pit in the third lap and in the fourth lap I couldn't pit anymore. Does someone has an idea where this weird bug might come from? I don't know any other track with this issue. Thank you.
