gp4 builder 2017B error

Hello community!
After several years out of this, I wanted to go back to some things and well, when I open any file associated with the editor, it throws me this error ... any suggestions?

despues de varios años fuera de esto, quise retomar algunas cosas y bueno, al abrir cualquier archivo asociado al editor me arroja este error..alguna sugerencia?
