Change GPs in season

Where can we Change how many GPs in a season? P.e in the 70s were only 15 GPs per season.
Is it on GPxpatch?

it's possible to reduce them (for a championship) but not to extend them. to reduce them you need a hex editor and you need to edit the gp4.exe
