Hi, so im not a pro (its my very first time to paint a car), here is the preliminary design, still without decals. What do you think? I know it is expandable ^^

is there a way to put the livery over the shape without always packing everything into the cars.wad and watching it in the game? that takes forever.

that you can simply see faster if everything fits so far?

Put the livery in tga format into the same folder with the car's gp4 file. Then open the car in gp4builder.

Okay, thx. But this is a complete mess

I think you are on the right track but also think you have to flip the image during the conversion from TEX to TGA. Give it a go

Thanks all for your help, I really had to mirror it, then it worked
Here is the preliminary result

Happy you found the solution , That has happened to me countless times,
keep up the good work, also noticed the car is very shiny,
have a look at the alpha layer being very white makes it high gloss a more grey colour makes it matt gloss.

thank you, yes I also noticed that with the shine, but all of my cars are so shiny and I don't really know why. I have the assumption that came after I inserted a new track

im on the fantasy SauberC36, but i have a problem, i don't know why, but I am missing textures, in the original there are only 3 files, all of which were added to the cars.wad. can someone help me?

you miss a carbon texture.
