Windows 7 Edition Problem

Hi guys, I have a question.
I have 2 computers with exactly same specs, but equipped with different windows. One use Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit and one relies on Windows 7 Professional 64-bit.
While GP4 runs fine on the second computer, on the other hand, I can't run GP4 on the first computer, it always show black screen and then closes.
I tried the run application on compatibility version, same thing happened.
Is the edition matters here (Professional vs. Ultimate)?
Or is the bit version matters here (64 bit vs. 32 bit)?

The latest version of gpx does not require running in compatibility mode. Check the FAQ for black screen issues. Set gpx to show a crash log on exit.
