Something went wrong while quitting a CSM mod and now any carset I load will be white(the cars only)

Hello,

Yesterday I was running the F1 1997 mod until i wanted to quit it. I did it in a correct way, but suddenly I've had some errors while restoring, so I just hitted on ignore. But now all of the mods I load will make the cars be white!! someone pls help )=

P.S: This doesn't happen by running normal GPxPatch. But on CSM only
