CSM will not open

Hello guys,
I'm new to the forum. I've played GP2 for years but I bought a wheel and really want to give GP4 a go. (Pretty late, I know).
I installed the complete package from GP4Central and it all works fine.
But I really want to mod too. So I downloaded ZaZ Tools and ZaZ Actualisation and followed the instructions. But then when I want to open CSM....the well known "install direcxtx8 or higher. Else this program won't run" error pops up.
I already enabled Direct play in windows, d3d8thk.dll is already installed but CSM just won't open.
I'm desperate!
Can anyone help me with this?
I use Windows 10 by the way.
