CSM.exe not opening

Hi guys,

I've been playing GP4 for a while now. I recently started playing the FSOne 2009 mod and when I go to save my progress in the championship by overwriting another save file I had the game sorta crashed and it didn't take me back to the CSM like it usually does. Now when I try to press on the CSM icon on my desktop (or through file explorer) nothing happens.

The buffer appears on my cursor for a split second then nothing. Anyone have any idea what I should do?
