Phoenix 1991 source files released for anyone to finish!

I decided to put more time into one of my most prestigious, and most asked about, projects so far: Phoenix 1991.

Work still continues. A lot of buildings are still boxes that need to be carved and painted. After finishing the buildings I will have to work on the roadside stuff like lights, trees and traffic lights, and of course the trackside stuff like bridges, pitbuilding, adverts, marshals and trucks and last but not least the cars and citizens that occupy the rest of the streets of Phoenix!
