Please help...weird problem

I was messing about with auto gears and auto braking the other day and now every time I enter a braking zone (even with aids off) I get a weird and very annoying ‘ding’ or ‘ping’ sound.

Can anyone help get rid of it?

Can somebody please upload the default key binds for CSM?

Sorry I do not understand, what do you mean by "default key binds for CSM"?
And about the problem you mention, I've never heard it ...

Explain yourself better so I can help you.

Basically I’m looking for the list of keyboard binds that is default because I edited some of them.

For example F1 is autobrake etc

The beeping noise happens only when I have auto gears turned off as an aid. It’s like I’m getting a beep to tell me to change down or brake or something
