backfire don't work anymore

I recently switched from Windows 7 to Windows 10 due to the purchase of a new PC.
After minor adjusting efforts everything works fine now or even better than before except one thing: backfire doesn't work properly anymore.
For example: Cars leave the pitlane, the backfire flashes, but when they are on track and shift down braking it doesn't appear as well as the brakelights don't.
I wonder what could be the problem, because I didn't change anything and it worked fine before in Windows 7...

It does appear, like Bernard says, to be a problem with tweaker not tweaking the GP4.exe to me. Sorry it's not a solution, but I'd see if other tweaks work first - somewhere to start investigating.

Couldn't find anything in the tweaker data - any other ideas? What surprises me most is that the backfire worked in Windows 7 and quit in Windows 10 despite I didn't make any other changes...

Applying gpxpatch again to the gp4.exe if it ain't a csm mod?

don't forget - the backfire works in wet conditions only but not in the dry (?)
