Your best Nvidia settings

Hey guys

I have:
intel core i5-4590 @ 3.30ghz CPU
MSI 1080ti GPU
OS: Windows 7 64bit
RAM: 16GB

And I'm still getting a bit of lag in the game. Is anyone kind enough to share tips to make the GPU perform best with GP4 please?
Or any suggestion as to how to minimize lag? with my current rig, shouldn't I be able to set all options to max and have no issues with lag?

You should, please, also indicate what operating system you use and how much RAM you have.

Oops yes sorry, I have now edited the original post and added RAM and OS.
