Converting DDS Images - need help (SOLVED)

I'm not sure if this was already discussed here but I need a help .
I'm trying to convert DDS files to TGA and always I got the message below .




I have installed in my computer the photoshop CS5 , Gimp 2 , 3DSimED3 and CorelDRAW X7 , all these programs supposedly open the DDS images . Only the 3DSimED3 is working but the TGA image converted has a very poor quality . I guess that I need a plugin , it was already installed it in photoshop but didn't work well .
Any help is most welcome .

you can convert dds to tga with the free tool irfanview

I use an online converter to convert dds to tga.

I'm using DDS Converter (www.ddsconverter.com) and it works fine...

I tried already all of these options . The slimtex from Zaz tools is the easiest way but doesn't work and the online converter don't even recognize the file
