Grand Prix 4 - information to run -

Hello!

I'm new, and after 10 years I would like to go back to racing with GP4.
I surfed a bit on the forum and I saw that GP4 was developed a lot by the modders; but I need your advice!

1-Where can I recover GP4 and all the official patches to make it work perfectly?
2-How do I make it work on windows 7? What is needed?
3-To have a 1920x1080 resolution what should be done? Possible with GP4?
4-The steering wheel G27 is able to make it work well on GP4

Finally after these first information to make it work I wanted to know what are the best and most complete mods (tracks and graphics) 80/90 years? Or even early 2000s?
How do they make it work that I do not remember anymore?

At the time I was used to mod 2007 which seemed to me very, very well done.
