Team Editor 3.5 issue, the screen menu is stuck

I downloaded Team Editor 3.5 but the menu where you do all the editing seems to be stuck on the screen so I can't see whole menu. I tried using the sliders and putting the teameditor on full screen but I'm still not able to see the full menu...
Any ideas on how to fix this please?

No problem for me when, into the properties:
1- you run the program as an administrator
2- compatibility mode is enabled for windows XP SP3
