CSM mods don't work on my laptop

Does the zaz tool or the csm mods work correctly on a laptop. I have tried in the past, but failed to get any csm mods, working on my Toshiba laptop, although the main GP4 game works ok.

I think we need more clues if we are to help, Exactly what does not work and what error message if any you get as my crystal ball needs batteries

When every thing is correctly installed, ( CSM+TSM+Patch ) and I press the start button, the original game is launched, instead of my 2016 csm mod.

ok, a few questions,
1) if you double click on the icon for the mod, does this send you to the install folder where the mod is installed ?
2) when going through the options like tsm and the mods configurables do you pick the top option, LOAD and restore before using the start button ?
3) do you have gpx patch version 4.44 installed to you gp4 folder ?
