Running GP4 on a LAN w/two or three

I have had GP4 for years running on a 12 year old XP box which is starting to give problems. I am looking to replace the PC with a newer box, probably with Windows 7. Two questions: As most (if not all) Win 7 PCs are 64-bit now, will this run GP4 OK? Will GP4 run with multiple players on a simple wired LAN network? Are there any tips to setting this up and running it without too many problems? Thanks sincerely, AustinF1

It should work just fine on 7/64bit. You will need a crossover LAN cable, and I think (from memory) you can only race, not qualify. You could probably force grid position with the grid tool, but don't quote me on it. There could be some info in the FAQ.
