The legend of the 1993 + 1990 Mods

I was looking around for these two mods. There's a video of the 1993 mod of YT and the quality is awesome, the effort making the cars is astonishing. There's also a 1990 mod the same gent is playing also. Are these mods available or is it a case of private usage? If there's people on here willing to make a 1990/1993 mod I'd be happy to help out.
