TEX files and the megapatch

hey all, does anyone where i can get a tex file editor from, all the links i try tell me the site has gone and for some reason when i convert them to TGA the files wont open, weird, secondly the 2003 megapatch is way to big for me to download, only 56K!, and would be too expsensive on my isp tariff, can it notbe put on a CD and sold? or are there legal issues with this, cause id pay anyone handsomenly if they could send it to me...? thanks

i think a few minutes. The package is about 2MO.

2Mo? its been a while now, i just dont want to clog my inbox, not that im being ungrateful!

if you got problems with your inbox, i can split the package in some smaller packages.

thanks sorry for the late reply, isp probs, ive sort of got the package except XP or outlook express isnt letting me open it saying that its malicious, looking for the option to turn that off, but thanks!
