R.S.C.T and C.T.D.P groups. How to be member?

Hi all!

I just need to know how to be member of this great groups for car shappping, mapping, paiting and do GP4 mods. Anyone can help me?

I think C.T.D.P don't work with GP4 anymore, but I jjust asking ok?
