Yes, KTC made a beta version of the track - but I don't know where it can be found.

The .dat file is available in gpgames forum but the link for the wad has been expired so maybe ask him in private message or in the thread to reupload it

I think KTC has pulled the plug on all his GP4 activities, was browsing the gpgames.eu forum and all his posts signatures stated as much.
