Combining different tracks and season packages

To all fellow GP4 modders and developers,
I haven't posted anything on the forums for a while, but I've started to play the 1991 mod quite a bit,

but just wondering if its possible to run say the 1991 cars on a modern F1 track, such as Shanghai, Istanbul, Sakhir, or any of the other new modern tracks.
I've running CSM v1.26 and TSM but I can't really find instructions anywhere to load any carset with any track and just race the same way you could combine it in GP3.

Is there a forum post that gives step by step instructions to load a particular .tuh file or .wad file so I can create my own championship races?
