Help with install GP4 mods [fixed]

Hello
can someone help my with installing the mods? please
since ive got vista on my computer the mods dont work anymore.
I downloaded 9.6 patch gpxpatch and the decrypted exe, i downloaded the 2006 mod from gpdb but when i unpack the 2006 mod a file comes up to my screen with strange signs/language. what did i do wrong? it always worked on xp please help.l

How do i make one? sorry for the stupid question

PrtScr on your keyboard, then open paint and paste. Then upload the pic to an image host. It would be helpful to know the nature of the strange signs/language you speak of is all.

its working again but all the cars are white what must i do now?

you've to set textures to high ingame

how do i do that? with csm mods configurables?

no,

when you open gp4,go to options>graphics>advances>car textures>high
