Annoyingly I have a guy who could join us but registration is broken :(

On a side note, is there anyone who does renders these days?

I can do some.

Maybe it's worth considering to allow activity posts on discord only for users who can't register? Would have to discuss it with the board, Milos especially since he does the checks.

I've still not been able to contact Stephan. No response to emails. Could be dead.

Tracklist votes sent! I would like to continue using my S15 helmet for S16. Do I need to send it again?

Not necessary, I have it already
Great, thanks!
Votes are sent! I will keep my helmet from previous season.

would be unfair to not count discord comments from registered users, and it's counter-productive for engagement to have these 2-way restrictions in place.
it would also double the workload, reading off 2 platforms, i'm not sure i'd be down for that.

i'm however not against the idea of transitioning to disc if implemented right. i'd need time building a bot to read messages (and learn some basic python), since i won't be checking by hand anyways.

in either case, it wouldn't be a GrandPrixGamesSL, something to consider

I moved my F1 Manager series over to Discord a while ago and it has been going well since. As you say though, a move over to Disord would mean it's not really the GPGSL anymore. It's a tough one really as the lack of new members is definitely affecting the series. For example, the guy that commentates my series wants to be one of my race drivers but can't sign up to the site

If the issue can't be fixed then I think we have no choice.

Because it is called the GPGSL and not hosted on GPG is a non issue to me.

I think Discord is the best chance this series has of thriving again.

Discord is very helpful in organizing. And checking the readiness of people. I would recommend. To popularize the league, it would be good to organize broadcasts on YouTube. But this is just my personal opinion.

When I arrived at MMM, I couldn't even imagine that the team would be as strong as it is today.

The sky is the limit! Let's do everything possible to be champions!

The reason for not counting messages of registered users simply is that they actually can post here. I wouldn't want to have there be less activity in the thread itself.

I understand that it's counter productive for engagement, and also that it's more work for you. Which is why I wouldn't want to do it unless you agree. Workload could be minimized by having a respective channel that only those users can access I guess.

Just throwing around ideas for workarounds while registration doesn't work.
Just a reminder that the trackvote closes in 5 days, so get your votes in if you haven't already done so.

A reminder for the files, I'm yet to receive following:
